Erin Goliath obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Cape Town in 2016 and completed her practical vocational training at a reputable law firm in Cape Town, gaining invaluable exposure to a wide variety of practice areas. Erin was admitted as a Legal Practitioner and enrolled as an Attorney on 28 June 2019.

Erin initially worked as an associate, where she specialized predominantly in civil litigation. Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for legal practice, she made the bold decision to launch her own firm in September 2021. In addition to leading a thriving boutique firm, Erin consulted for other reputable firms, focusing on complex civil law matters.

As an active member of the legal community, Erin serves on the Executive Committee of the Cape Town Attorneys’ Association and is a part of the Social and Events sub-committee, an engagement she thoroughly enjoys. She also serves on the boards of other NGOs in the Disability Rights space. Erin now largely deals with civil litigation. Erin prioritizes ongoing learning and development, frequently attending short courses to enhance her expertise, and is an avid reader of books about life and business to further inform her practices.

Regarded as a thought leader in her field, Erin is passionate about her work and strives to deliver exceptional legal services. Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys traveling, cooking, exploring wine farms, and spending quality time with her dogs, Swae and Donna.
