The litigation department practices in a wide variety of fields. Our clients include banks, construction companies, finance houses, information technology companies, film production companies as well as liquor manufacturers and distributors. We are situated in the same street as the Western Cape High Court and within walking distance of the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court. We have extensive dispute resolution experience in a variety of areas including the resolution of partnership and shareholders’ disputes, liquidation applications, contractual litigation and construction litigation. Our litigation department also deals with property-related matters which includes landlord and tenant disputes, as well as disputes relating to sales and servitudes.
